First reason why I buy on the 20th is because I’ve backtested an EA that buys U.S. futures (S&P500, Nasdaq, Dow Jones) every 20 days. Check out some of my previous posts on this thread. Second, institutional traders often adjust their portfolios at ...

Just wanted to share a little bit of my DCA strategy on U.S. market futures. I try to take small positions on the 1st and 20th of every month. Had a few close today (along with IB strategy trades from today) image

It's been a while since I've posted on here and it's because I'm trying to stay away from actively trading the markets and have started moving towards just letting my Expert Advisors do the work. Also, I'm now running the Initial Balances EA on S&P ...

Hi everyone, here's a triangular arbitrage trade I've been in since April 29th. I'm looking at higher time frames and longer term trades. image

Dollar cost averaging S&P500 and Nasdaq futures. I buy on the 1st and on the 20th of every month. Placed my new positions at the NY open today. image image

On day's like today with big moves before the IB has even formed, I like to use the Fib Retracement levels. I shorted today below the 50 level of the IB. Set targets at IB low. image

Pretty good day for the EA. I had a pending sell order at the 0.50 Fib Retracement level but today's S&P500 moves were just straight down. I cut profits a little early and left a little on the table. image

Initial Balance EA used today. The Fib Retracement could have also been used as a pretty good entry. Position closed by trailing SL. image

Decided to implement Fib Retracement today on S&P500 futures. IB was negative, I saw a rejection of the 0.50 Fib level in the IB and took a short position. Done for the day! image

S&P500 Futures trade from today. So along with using IB, I used a fib retracement for my entry. TP was hit and I'm done for the day. image

leakzr, this is from something called "Prime Market Terminal". It's got a pretty cool interface but after digging through what it offers and several reviews, it doesn't offer anything that isn't already out there for free.

Here's a general question for everyone! I've learned how to create expert advisors using FxDreema. (For those of you who aren't familiar with it, here's the link to the website: url . They are free up to a certain point and the learning curve is ...

Hi everyone! My dashboard seems to have expired? I have the version that expired 12.31.2023. I tried erasing everything and doing the installation from scratch (pre-installation requisites etc) but nothing happens. Anyone know why?

On my external hard drive haha. I said I created one, didn't say I was going to make it public. It's just made to show how DCA can work on indexes.
- fortyfive20 replied Feb 15, 2024
Hi everyone, I looked into Dollar Cost Averaging for indexes like the S&P500. So I created an EA that opens a buy position on a specified number of days. No SL, and a TP of 10,000 pips. Why? Well just cause S&P500 futures are calculated different ...

Great day in the S&P500 for initial balances. All time highs and then a pull back that triggered a sell order at the bottom of the IB low. image

Not all trades go as planned. Although I had the right idea for this USDCHF trade, my SL was a little off. image
