the startegy is very easy asumming that you have some experience with trend lines, Moving averages, price action, and trend trading.

rule 1#

we dont try to predict the future,we dont assume and we dont guess .
we do what the market tells us and we act according to what we see.

it is a strategy that requires hard work and as all the systems will have some false signals.

i am gonna be posting charts and trades as we go day by day so you can understand the idea of this trading strategy.

ok now the tools that we are gonna be using are
1-

10 EMA close- red
20 EMA close- blue
30 EMA close- yellow

2-
Trend lines

we trade only the direction of the trend from the daily chart and we take trades from 15m -1hr charts ...

i am gonna try to post the most recent trades little after i take them and the reason is that i dont predict i trade what i see!!

ok finally!!! this is a spot Gold daily chart and we can all see that is up trending for quit a while.

And this is the hourly chart. we always follow the daily trend to open any potential trades!
here i am already long from the first break pullback 900.55...now the reason i am long is that i have daily uptranding chart i have and 1hr triple cross over and it also has break my 1hr Support trend line.

if it breaks the symmetrical triangle too the i m looking for another long.... my targets 919.24 and 925.41
here is my stops and my targets !! and we just wait to see how the market will unfold (my english are not very well so i am reling on my pics for your understanding if any Q? let me know i ll try to answer as best and clear as i can )

hay, i just want to give suggestion. i think is better the 4h than daily. you can try n post here anyway. plz explain what is the use of 3 MA ? can i make it simple by just 2 MA ? n what time frame it can give the best target without floating minus too much ??
EUR/USD i ll wait for the break and go short...Daily chart is downtrending... i missted the first short on the 1hr chart it broke the ressistance and cross over.... now waiting for the next break

i use the 3Ma just for direction so i know how the market moves up trend or down trend also the MA work as S&R .... you can use 2 MA or even 1MA, i m taking positions according to the breaks ....

what do you mean by floating minus too much?
RECAP : open orders XAU/USD ---> BUY @ 900.55

Target#1 @ 919.24 and Target#2 @ 925.41


STOP LOSS @ 895.63

need more knowledge especially to draw SnR and trendlines.

Recap : XAU/USD as i said earlier i opened a long @900.55 and my 2nd long has been trigger @905.80 so far so good i only had to stick to my strategy and we will book some good profits!!!

the EUR/USD was never triggered because it never broke our trend line see pic

thank u !! i will try do do my best posting charts i am glad i have been helpful.... when i ll find some free time i will post some sites with tech analysis material that may help you understand it better !!
so far we are still on top of the game so we can comfortably move our SL losses little higher

i am gonna close my 1st trade early it seems like its lossing steam we should not be greedy!!! dont let ur greens turn red close @ 915.05 only my 2nd trade still on

hi how do u enter breakout do u wait for it to retrace to the trend line and enter , or u just enter once it break out

when the candle opens above the trend line..... unless there is a cross over at the same time that the candale breaks the line then i enter with just the break ....

note: i follow the trend and i open orders only if the break or the crossover is folloing the trend !!!!!

if you see the previews chart that i have post i said that i opend my first order at 900.55 that was the cross over and the break of the trend line at the same time.... now the second order i open it at 905.80 which is the candale that looks like doji well it is a doji sorry .. basicly the candale that opened above the trend line (SEE THE CHART)
