Maybe your settings for the cloud is in another timeframe or something else than 9,26,52. Now, on the 1H there's an N-wave. That means a probable retracement from here. Then, if it breaks the new top it looks bullish. But this is only on a 1H cart.

Yes, it's ranging and didn't break any of the previuos tops. Interestingly the forum seems all bullish for some reason unknown.
