You're welcome Forex is moved by the news (aka "fundamentals"). Knowing and understanding how various news events will affect the market can make you a MUCH better and more profitable trader. IMHO anyway

Usually it does ... however the BoJ has been talking about weakening the Yen which is why I left it out. My point is that with a risk in risk aversion, on top of BoJ intervention to weaken the Yen, that will likely translate into USDJPY moving ...
