FTSE 100 from 2009 I think the move up from 2009 has been a 5-wave move that is far from complete. The move down in February 2016 was the correct pullback for a wave -iv-, but I believe it happened too early and we will revisit that area, around ...

DAX I'm struggling to find any impulsive moves up since the February low and for that reason I think we are heading for another zigzag lower into the 8000's.

DOW This is the count I have been working with for a while. I am working on the idea that the 2009 low was wave (b) of wave (iii). 1929 wave a of i 1966 wave c of i 2007 wave a of iii The only change from Ian's count is that 1929 was a wave a rather ...

DAX From the peak on 25th October we have seen a significant move down. If we have seen a wave i then we are due a pullback higher. The other possibility is that we have seen an expanded flat wave b which doesn't look complete. What will void the ...

Hi U2, There's a strong possibility that the wave iv is in place. 58.7% wave iv is extreme. I've identified 3 or 4 5-wave moves down and the rest has been a mess. There could be an argument for a triple three. There's definitely no abc move so no ...

DAX We may be in a final wave iv before the peak. I've moved the wave iii up to the latest peak, a 538% projection. A move down below 10590 would confirm the final peak. Target is below the February low at around 8600.

DAX I think we are near the end of a 3-wave correction on the DAX. The wave iii projections are pretty good at 286.64 and 366.75. If correct the peak lies somewhere above 10806. Lower degree wave v: 66.7% at 10820 85.4% at 10885 This suggests the ...

FTSE 100 The FTSE has made a new all time high this week which clarifies the structure. The upside is probably very limited with a green wave -v- 50% projection at 7330.

DAX Update The DAX is due a 20 week low which might well have happened today. There is still the possibility of a further 3-wave move higher above 10497 to complete a triple 3 wave (iv). The previous blue wave (b) has been broken which is ok as long ...

FTSE 100 Possibility of one last move up to complete a wave EFC expanded flat from the August Low of 2015.

DOW The low at 17648 was a 238% valid projection of wave i. It could be wave iii and alternation has been satisfied at just under 100%. If we've seen wave iv then a 50% projection could get to around 17533.

DAX The DAX has hit a valid blue wave iii target at 294%. Wave ii was 66%. So we could still get up to a 40% wave iv. The wave v would complete a double zig-zag correction. I doubt there is room for a triple three.

Dow Jones Relative to Gold David Hickson, from Sentient Trader, ran a webinar based around weighting the S&P against gold. I have attached a chart of the Dow Jones Index since 1896 weighted in gold. It's interesting to see that the peak formed in ...

DAX Daily Chart Looking for an abc move down to below the wave iii to complete wave -a- of wave -iii-. I think we'll get a strong correction in wave -b-.
- bizbop replied Jun 30, 2015
FTSE 100 Looks like a triple 3. I think we have almost complete the final wave a of the triple three. Alternation would suggest a 38-50% target in wave (iv) given wave (ii) was 40%. However wave (b) of (iii) was 60% so we might get a shortened wave ...

FTSE 100 Building on the count that Ian posted just over a year ago. I think we have completed a double zig-zag in the green wave -iv-. So if the count is correct then either we see a deeper wave -iv- followed by a 3-wave move up to a final wave -v- ...

FTSE 100 Looks like the final push higher. I'm keeping an eye on the CAC and FTSE MIB. Looks like an ABC correction in the CAC from March, 2008. A 161% projection in wave C would get to 5448. The FTSE MIB seems to be moving up in an expanded flat ...

FTSE 100 I don't think the correction is finished. The 76.4% retracement is 6780. If the count is correct then the final move up should get to around 7100.

EURUSD Possible Expanded Flat in wave iv, just short of the 50% retracement.
