As requested of me via PM: My current template, which I'm pretty happy with. I've removed the mini-MADdash display as I found it didn't really give me any more information. I've added two levels of the MTF ash, they being on M15 and M5 as noted on ...

Thank you pipdripper! I appreciate your posting this indy very much indeed! Thank you!!! Dial I made it look like the chart below, but the yellow labels are added manually using Metatrader's Text Label feature.

dlouw!!!! This is PERFECT! Exactly what I wanted! It's Christmas in July! I like how the indicator stays the same regardless of timeframe instead of rolling up, and I especially like that you've defaulted the indy ...

I tried MSPaint as well, but I found GIMP to be much better as it produces very beautiful charts, AND provides a 0.0% improvement in account growth over using just MSPaint. www.gimp.org

Hi Asmodai, I took the pivots off my charts because they were interfering with price movement. I noticed that price tended to stall, and sometimes reverse when it approached a pivot. I didn't like that so I removed them so price could flow ...

24.7 pips while trying out a simpler chart. (Still not as professional looking as bapakjason's though.) I waited until Frankfurt showed some direction, then entered pending order. I exited as soon as the upper ASH line flattened.

Nice trade, Jason! I caught that one too, but with different entry/exit than you. Dial P.S. How you likey me new cluttered chart? Gonna try new MADdash on chart for a while. Major Kudos to honestknave for latest version.

Hi honestknave, Regarding the image in your post 352, which I quote above... I love this arrangement! For me, this is by far easier to see, and find the pair I want in the list of 28. Having 28 separate colors just muddies the water for me. It is ...

Attention any/all coders! Up for a challenge? As I've stated before, I make heavy use of the ASH (wavy), but unfortunately it isn't set up for Multiple Time Frames. Because color changes begin on M1 and work their way up toward higher time frames, I ...

Me too! Jason, I must say I really like your charts. So clean and professional in appearance. Makes mine look like Walt Disney threw up on them. Dial

Hi grenell, and welcome to the thread. I see you've made 3 posts in 8.5 years. If you don't stop being such a motor mouth, the admins might ban you for using up so much of the forums resources! If I might make a suggestion: keep only pair ...

Jason, I am somewhat responsible for this as I did not make my use of ASH clear enough. I see that now. Hopefully the image below will prove helpful. I realize that to conform to Udine's rules, you could not take a long trade until price moved above ...

Okay, just because I like/admire/respect you so much LuXing , here's my chart of my last trade of the day. I don't normally trade NZDCHF because of the high spread. (It was 2.2 at the time of the trade, and not the 4.0 you see on the chart) but ...

No, automatic doesn't work for me, but it's not the indicators fault. I have a weird account that contains both spot pairs AND binary options in the same account, so in the Market Watch view, some items have suffix of "i" and some have suffix of ...

honestknave posted this CSM today. I like the level of detail in it. The thread seems good too, though I haven't read it in detail yet, just a cursory scan. url

End of week 4. It was very hard emotionally as my leverage was too high for comfort. Starting next week I'm cutting the leverage in half. I still should come close to doubling each month. God willing of course. Dial

Assuming anyone is interested, attached is the spreadsheet that I use to keep a record of my End Of Day (EOD) trading results. I've entered some sample data which lets you see how the spreadsheet looks in progress. Simply clear the numbers from the ...

Here's a more useful table. I've scaled my actual account balance to show what each $1000 in my account does on each day. Dial

Here's my results for the last three weeks. Week one was pure hell. Week two was somewhat easier. Week three was easiest yet. I hope it continues to get easier with practice so I can reach the Udine state of stress-free and knowing I'm going to make ...

I think of price as a tumbleweed blown north and south across the desert by the North and South winds. My favorite indicator to show "wind strength" is the ASH with the lines as shown in the image. Using the two CSM's Giraia and CURRENCY in ...
