    The Federal Reserve is expected to announce Wednesday that it is keeping interest rates at a quarter-century high for the sixth-straight meeting. Officials are not yet convinced that inflation is under control, which is a requirement for them to lower borrowing costs. As long as the US government keeps spending money like a drunk sailor, inflation will continue to rise. Higher interest rates will beat down the economy until we get used to eating bugs and living in apartments. We'll own nothing and like it... or else.

It would be a little early to expect the cycle to be in already.

I think they will manipulate price to the upside in time to catch the cycle ;-)
