DislikedHi, one remark regarding the scale of the charts. It should be set in a way that reflects true angles. Drag the angle measurement tool so the line shows 45 degrees. Then draw a rectangle so that it has the previously drawn line of the angle tool as a diagonal. Obviously, the recangle should be effectively a square. If you want to be very precise you can take a screenshot, open it in Photoshop and measure whether its a true square. I don't think its neccessary though. If it looks like a square its good enough. If its clearly not a square and looks...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Interesting trick ! The issue has been discussed here a few times. My solution is to keep "Scale fix" checked and always the same range in pips (50 for M1, 100 for M5, 150 for M15). I use the default scaling for H4, and Daily. Keeping the same scale, allows to judge the angle the same way each time.Ignored
Dislikedhi JDKT GU is scoop: it's not pretty because it doesn't have a double top as standard but I looked at H4/H1 pretty well so I took it The EU was flat, so I waited for the PA to confirm before taking it I find luck more than technical in these 2 commandsIgnored
DislikedIf anyone is using MT5 and would like to be able to determine whether the MAs are at the correct min. angle before entry, here is a bunch of color changing MAs that will do the trick. One set of 35/50 is for 25 degree slope (changing colors from aqua and orange for 35 and 50 if the slope is right, if it isn't they are both white, easy to customize though). Third file is for 45 degrees 10MA and second set is optional - I guess it's nothing the original rules mentioned, yet I like to limit my 10MA trades only to the situations where 35/50 are also...Ignored
DislikedGood afternoon, I am new to this forum, and I am studying the dance method, please, any recommendations to be able to learn this system in an optimal and adequate way, please.Ignored
DislikedAnybody still dancing? Here is one on GBPAUD I decided to share as it was fairly clean and I have also been extremely patient while waiting for it as I am super conservative and picky recently. First 10MA touch, potentially a new 15M trend forming, I did not like those longer wicks forming at that higher-high but there was a nice confluence with round number just below which has previously proven as a strong S/R level. 16SL, 20TP which was hit, did not move any of those. High spread pair of >3 pips. There was also an excellent PA trade on GBPUSD...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yup, that same one I have spotted too late. Well done on the pips. If I remember correctly you dont trail your stops? You used to take your profits early, what makes you hold on longer like that? Is it that 35/50 as steep and close as here with the first 10ma touch should usually return way more than 20? Or do you see those longer bars with short wicks as an indication that momentum may still continue? I know its also ok to take pips earlier but very often I can see there is way more to squize out than my standard TP20. Just cant find an...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Exactly, when I get 15 to 20 I close early and do not have any regrets if it continues without me. I squeeze more when there is a strong trend with a strong target (WP, MP, RN). In this case, I thought that it had enough force to reach H4 35/50 but I closed with the first hesitation. I never has any luck trailing with certain number of pips. I have experimented by trailing with the M15 10 or 35/50 which probably works but I still prefer get my pips and get out happy.Ignored
