I am in the midst of exploring, and contacted their Support to request for prices of expired Futures CFDs at their expiration date for last 3 months, which are no longer in MT4. To be fair, they are very responsive to emails, but none of them provide any information related my request. Got a feeling it is being attended by different persons and overlooked the email trail. I would say common questions are okay, if you are asking something rare or too technical then you need to be prepared to explain the same things over and over, and pray hard that it would somehow and some day be answered. Escalated this to the so called Personal Client Relations Manager just now, not sure if it would make any difference. Attached the emails. {file}Ignored
And to update on the reply from Personal Client Relations Manager, it's basically as good as no reply, he just simply replied the calendar that was already mentioned by Support.
