Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
I have hopefully just got rid of some particularly nasty malware that among other things reset my MT4 back to basics, so
now have to rebuild all my charts.
Anyway, to your question. My brick size is 10 pips.

On Renko TapYoung it seem not OP at New Bar with Previous OP still Open in same length bar (same price).
The EA must OP at Every New Bar, for quick accumulation to get target profit (in my opinion) .

Hi Math

Thank you so much that you have gone to the trouble of coding an EA however because I will be trading manually, at this stage anyway, I was just looking to see if anybody knew of an alert that would be generated when the conditions I mentioned in my post were met.
I'm not a coder but I'm supposing that part of the EA code could be re-written to send an alert or push notification instead of triggering a trade. If I did receive an alert or notification I would still be consulting the charts to ensure my other prerequisites were met.
I'm still working on those prerequisites and when I get something I'm happy with I'll let you know.

First of all thank you for your work.

I am testing your Renko ADX EA with Standard settings since 2 Weeks now and the results are not bad. But there is one problem.
The big broblem is if the Market is Ranging the ea makes Small loses.
Ist it possible to make a second filter or a other solution for this problem maybe your new renko creator based on the recent market price action?
I think the reason for the Ranging Market is mostly in the pivot point Area (S/R Area).

Hi Central4,

I'm really glad to see that someone is seriously testing one of the Renko EAs with a public Trade Explorer

As you said, I'm working on a predictive Renko builder to better engulf ranging market to avoid such small losses. If you observed that around daily pivot points it is more likely to have ranging Renko bricks, I may implement such filter to see how it would work.

Hi Math, OK, so EA opens trade if SMA8 change direction (do you mean angle?). It's probably clear. But why it opens SELL positions over SMA220? I thought EMA220 is trend filter:

This is a good observation!
There may be a bug in the EA
I will release a new version which solves this problem.

Hi, I have very similar EA. It's one from my oldest. The problem is on real market that broker isn't so fast to open position with every candle. Trust me. I tested it very long time. If you want I can share here my EA with description. Maybe it could be helpful for someone. There is many functions in EA so it's very adaptive.
