Trend-Line Alerts Don't Alert when i log back in???

Hi,

Can anyone advice me about Trendline Alerts? I have a problem when using them.
Im finding allot of my alerts would have gone off in the night time while my PC was turned-off.
But when i log in the next morning i don't get any alarm informing me. Is this normal?

Does anyone know if its possible to have these trendline-alerts catch up on themselves after a computer has been turned off and turned back on after a few hours?

Anyone know a way around this ??? Apart from having the computer on 24/7

are you using a custom indicator for the trendline alerts?? If you are it may be just looking at the last candle for a crossover but since it is already over or under it doesn't alert.

Yes its a Custom Alert that i found, it makes any line i draw become an alert if its crossed. Great for slopeing trend-lines.

What you said does make sence, it must be looking at the last candle.

Do you happen to know of any indicators that work around this problem, or anyway i could fix the indicator i have?

post the indicator and maybe someone will help you. Fixing it may be simple but we need to see the code to decide. you only need to post the mq4 file.
