I want to ask this question quickly, who do you meet when you sense that you have been cheated by your regulated broker?

After discussing the issue with the broker, if the issue is still not resolved, write about it to the regulatory agency. Make sure you have kept all your chat and email conversations and trading records. Also, take the relevant screenshots of charts or rates and spreads etc. If you can.
Research the firm's regulatory body to see if the broker is a member and find out if they even regulate forex to begin with. There are regulatory bodies that some brokers register with and even though the regulator oversees businesses that are in insurance and banking, they just don't regulate fx brokers. Then the broker advertises that they are regulated and they even show their regulation certificate or registration number but it obviously means nothing when it comes to conflict resolution.
After you have been helped by the regulator (or not), post your experience here to see if they were of any use to you.

Agree with OutThere, please do post about your experience. I haven't come across this type of situation elsewhere.

yes gather ll evidence you can if you feel something has been manipulated etc that would have affected your trades and or wealth. However, firstly, i think it is very important to get a detailed explanation from the brokers trade team first so they can have their chance to explain in detail before you go ranting and raving on review sites saying negative things. try to understand from their side first before you decide if it is apparent that something went wrong at the hands of your broker.

It is very important to work with a regulated broker, in order to avoid such instances of scam. If your broker is regulated, you can report to the regulatory body if you notice suspicious activities. Ensure you keep track of your trade history for evidence and you can even present snapshots that may be relevant
