Jump on the bandwagon with supply and demand

I am very happy that this blog has helped you with a big problem. That was my basic idea when I launched this blog 11 months ago. Many blog writers try to impose a consistent system on their subscribers and do not allow creativity. I understand my blog as a kind of buffet, everyone can take what he likes. This indirectly supports the individual independence that every trader should have. There is no trader in FF who operates on the same principle as me, why should I impose my system on him? Maybe his creative composition of different systems is far better than just my system, and that is exactly the goal. A copy is always worse than the original and therefore I prefer to support an original. However, I limit this blog to my way of trading supply and demand. My stated aim is to determine exactly how far a supply market exists before the demand market takes over again, or vice versa. One year ago I was still very much oriented towards Equilibrium, but that was often a bit inaccurate. Equilibrium is once again focusing on the newly introduced supply and demand indicator. I will post some examples of how crucial the Equilibrium is here.

Project 4 Update

A few weeks ago, with the help of the Bionic strength indicator, I drew some resistance lines in the H1 and posted the following picture on the 30th of November.
The course has now returned and is now in a strong supply zone. The demand zone is still a bit in the supply zone, but is not quite as strong.
Let's look at what happened after that.
The strong supply zone has pushed the price down another 90 pip and it has responded exactly to the marked zones.
I have now colored the resistance lines in blue and highlighted the individual zones with the new supply and demand indicator. It is clear that the last supply zone was very strong and sustainable.
As it stands, the new indicator, which only highlights the individual supply zones and demand zones, seems to provide very important information for future price movements. As I said, this indicator is absolutely new and there is hardly any concrete experience. Of course, you can continue to work with your system, we have a navigation system that shows us before, with a high probability, whether the price rises or falls. If we share our experiences together, I believe that we are taking a big step forward here. The fact is, since I worked with the strength indicator, my correct forecasts have improved significantly. I was able to downsize the stops and increase the win risk ratio. Nevertheless, we need even more concrete statements and can only do this together.

Improve unclear price progressions

As we have already noted, past prices and the resulting supply or demand zones are crucial to future price movements. From these zones you can derive important information that will be confirmed in future price movements.
One of the reasons why I like to trade the EURUSD is, in addition to the very high liquidity, the fact that the price goes back to 1971. This is the so-called synthetic Euro. This is nothing but a synthetic exchange rate calculated taking into account the overall exchange rate of all euro currencies. The introduction of the euro on 1 January 1999 goes back to 1971 with this conversion.
With this recalculation of the EURUSD there is the advantage that I have many reference values, ie zones in which the price has already been found. The more reference values I have about a certain zone, the more accurately I can derive statements from it.
Here you can see the EURUSD in the D1 from Nov 1988 to Nov 1989. A big problem that immediately catches your eye is the price setting. From 1971 to July 1989 we have inadequate course information, as you can see in the picture. (Compare point A and point B). Only from July 1989, the candles take shape, with which we can make concrete statements. Now we want to optimize this view.
With the help of the Bionic Chart, we were able to bring about a significant improvement, but even the Bionic Chart is unable to produce a new car from a car with scratched paint. Nevertheless, the overview is already much clearer.
Now the offer and demand indicator has been added and the picture is getting clearer and rounder.
With the line chart and the supply and demand indicator, I can now optimally record the strength of the individual zones and create reference zones that are important for future price developments. Since there are many unclear price positions in the forex market that look significantly worse, as in our example, you will be able to significantly improve this view in the future.

Here are the details of 60 different brokers how high the volume was at a fixed time on Thursday lunchtime last week. The volume is calculated differently and is very flawed in the CFD area. If we were to equip the indicator with it, the values would definitely be wrong. This is a completely different matter with the futures, where I would like to take a closer look at such a calculation.
Project 4 is an interesting extension of the Bionic strength indicator. In addition to the strength of the individual zones, the Bionic supply and demand indicator also displays the supply and demand zones in color.

I was always hoping to be able to present the supply and demand in a clear chart one day. I think we have finally come one step closer to this wish. The new Bionic supply and demand Indicator is only a tool to identify potential supply and demand zones. The second step is a challenge to identify resistance zones. Today we talk about the first step.
There are 3 concrete demand zones and 3 concrete supply zones in the EURUSD monthly chart from 1971 to today. Whether zone no. 7 actually develops into a concrete demand zone, is not certain at the present time. Within these 7 zones there are again subordinate supply and demand zones. Although we have been in a demand zone above 1.03 since January 2017, the price was rejected at 1.255 in Feb 2018 and has since fallen below in a subordinate supply market. However, demand Zone no. 7 is not yet confirmed and may still change.
It could be different, though. Demand Zone no. 7, which we've been in since January of 2017, is just a pullback and the no.6 supply market is still in the higher category. As soon as the price falls below the 1.03 level, green zone no.7 would disappear and you would see a wider zone no.6 on the chart. In any case, the sustainability of the demand market has been reduced while the sustainability of the supply market has increased. I assume that we are again in a demand market, but that is also pure speculation. The course runs in undulations up and down. With the Supply and Demand zones, I can capture the strength and sustainability of a trend. The greater the time unit, the more accurate statements can be made.
When a price moves lower in a supply market, demand must be greater than supply, so that a real turnaround can occur. The course case may be stopped by higher demand or a lack of further supply. Equilibrium is an interesting indication that supply and demand are balanced. However, this is no guarantee for a possible turnaround. For an upward or downward price, therefore, only an imbalance between supply and demand can always be responsible.
Future trend forecasts remain a major challenge.

The indicator needs a significant performance depending on the number of bars you want to display. If you want to display all zones in the H4 from 1971, depending on the setting up to 20,000 supply and demand zones are drawn. That is very extreme. If you disconnect your chart from the internet for a short time then that will not be a problem anymore. Please note: If you want to display 20,000 bars from the indicator, these 20,000 bars must be in the history database, otherwise the screen will stay black.
In recent weeks, I have posted some charts whose resistance lines I have identified with this indicator. With the help of these lines one could perform some interesting trades. Also yesterday, the course touched two important zones befor a turnaround.
It will take a while to get the right strategy out of this, but I can confirm from my own experience that it pays off. Of course, I am not able to anticipate all the turnarounds, but in the short time that I have been working with the smBionics supply demand_v4.2 indicator, I have been able to identify more specific turnarounds.
This indicator is not a holy grail, but a tool to find resistance and support lines. For this step 2, I ask for your cooperation, because this is a project that is in the development phase. Now it is about the information of supply and demand to identify the possible trend reversals.
As it is important to interpret the information in this indicator correctly, we should not consider other indicators and focus exclusively on supply and demand.

Today we talk about the first step.
There are 3 concrete demand zones and 3 concrete supply zones in the EURUSD monthly chart from 1971 to today. Whether zone no. 7 actually develops into a concrete demand zone, is not certain at the present time. Within these 7 zones there are again subordinate supply and demand zones. Although we have been in a demand zone above 1.03 since January 2017, the price was rejected at 1.255 in Feb 2018 and has since fallen below in a subordinate supply market. However, demand Zone no. 7 is not yet confirmed and may still change.
It could be different, though. Demand Zone no. 7, which we've been in since January of 2017, is just a pullback and the no.6 supply market is still in the higher category. As soon as the price falls below the 1.03 level, green zone no.7 would disappear and you would see a wider zone no.6 on the chart. In any case, the sustainability of the demand market has been reduced while the sustainability of the supply market has increased. I assume that we are again in a demand market, but that is also pure speculation. The course runs in undulations up and down. With the Supply and Demand zones, I can capture the strength and sustainability of a trend. The greater the time unit, the more accurate statements can be made.
When a price moves lower in a supply market, demand must be greater than supply, so that a real turnaround can occur. The course case may be stopped by higher demand or a lack of further supply. Equilibrium is an interesting indication that supply and demand are balanced. However, this is no guarantee for a possible turnaround. For an upward or downward price, therefore, only an imbalance between supply and demand can always be responsible.
Future trend forecasts remain a major challenge.

Another alternative is two-color lines with the respective strengths. You see, the Bionic supply and demand indicator is very flexible.
I will introduce you to two different versions today.
The smBionics supply demand_v4.3 indicator forms the current zone only when the zone is fixed immutable. Possible errors are deleted by changing to another time unit.
The smBionics supply demand_v4.2 indicator depicts current zones, which can still change up or down at this time. As you know, the penultimate zone is always current and unchangeable. Since the indicator changes permanently in the current zone, it can sometimes happen that several numbers are displayed in the current area. We are still working on that.
If you combine the smBionics supply demand_v4.2 without numbers indicator with smBionics supply demand_v3.3, some problems are fixed and you have a recent ad. First call smBionics supply demand_v4.2 without numbers and then smBionics supply demand_v3.3.
Note:
This indicator is a help tool that helps you to identify your supply and demand zones. The indicator is not suitable for a trade entry. The indicator is delivered with the setting of 7/5/3. The colors can be changed. You can try the following settings: 24/12/6 or 12/6/3 or 8/4/2 or 7/5/3 or 4/2/1 and 3/2/1. In principle, the smBionics supply demand_v4.2 / v4.3 works like the smZigZag-Bionics_v3.3 only that the indicator has been extended by the colored zones. There you will receive important information on the strength of the supply and demand zones.
The indicator needs a significant performance depending on the number of bars you want to display. If you want to display all zones in the H4 from 1971, depending on the setting up to 20,000 supply and demand zones are drawn. That is very extreme. If you disconnect your chart from the internet for a short time then that will not be a problem anymore. Please note: If you want to display 20,000 bars from the indicator, these 20,000 bars must be in the history database, otherwise the screen will stay black.
In recent weeks, I have posted some charts whose resistance lines I have identified with this indicator. With the help of these lines one could perform some interesting trades. Also yesterday, the course touched two important zones befor a turnaround.
It will take a while to get the right strategy out of this, but I can confirm from my own experience that it pays off. Of course, I am not able to anticipate all the turnarounds, but in the short time that I have been working with the smBionics supply demand_v4.2 indicator, I have been able to identify more specific turnarounds.
This indicator is not a holy grail, but a tool to find resistance and support lines. For this step 2, I ask for your cooperation, because this is a project that is in the development phase. Now it is about the information of supply and demand to identify the possible trend reversals.
As it is important to interpret the information in this indicator correctly, we should not consider other indicators and focus exclusively on supply and demand.

It was a pleasure reading your thread and learning about your view on the market causality. Your passion for trading is really inspiring and has given birth to some unique indicators.
As my first contribution to this thread I would like to share this indicator with you all. It removes the borders on your windows in the MT4 client, making it easier for you to use the screenspace more efficiently (the indicator was developed by mladen).
I'm looking forward to test the new supply/demand indicator tomorrow.

Overview supply and demand in 8 time units

I hope you have been able to work a bit with the new Bionic demand and supply indicator. Keeping track of all time units is a very important aspect for many traders, yet there is a challenge. The larger the period, the smaller the candles become, as you can see in the following example.
200 candles in 8 different charts are very confusing. The crucial zones can not be recognized immediately. But there is a simple solution.
Here you can see the supply and demand zones in 8 time units with a line chart. (same number of candles)
The same picture only without linechart. If you look at the new indicator a little bit, you'll see the benefit at a glance. In principle, from 200 candles we made about 20 supply or demand zones. This allows you to limit a large number of candles to the most important information and thus has a faster and more effective overview. The crucial zones are visible and you can see immediately if the course is in an important zone. The setting in the indicator is 7/5/3.
With a larger setting 24/12/6 you can reduce the overview to 6-7 supply and demand zones, or even show you 600 candles. Thus, you immediately recognize which time units are in a supply market or demand market.
Of course I have everything prepared for you. In the Zip folder: Overview of supply demand there are 2 folders. Please load the two indicators into your MT4 and the folder: Supply Demand 8 Timeframes please put it in your Mt4 profile folder. Then you just call the Mt4 profile and you can start.
