No. Is it possible to build a perfect house without an engineering degree?
Before you think about EA's, just try to find a strategy that works! This is the most difficult part.
If you found one and traded it mechanically without improvising [means it can be coded], and you have a live account to prove it, you won't need to learn coding to make an EA for it, because then,, anyone will code it for you, for free!

im not racial, i treat even animals as i treat ppl, i hope you dont take this one too by the wrong way

my idea is unique and doest exist on anywhere yet ,i had a bad experience sharing my thoughts with others cuz someone made me an encrypted EA then he ran away

In fact that's a mash-up of the HTML version of ForexStrategyBuilder which is run by a Bulgarian developer. Read in their forum about issues they have before you spend your money.

The guy seems to be OK but my issues with the software are more of pragmatic nature. As far as I know you have to upload your own historic data which to me makes the whole service very questionable. Then you only have standard indicators and only limited trade management possibilities. Last but not least the provided test metrics are limited. Even after many months (was it more than a year?) he was not willing to integrate proper test metrics into his software. Paying members even provided the source code but he rejected. To my knowledge until today.
