My robots have some standard features.
1) You can set the direction of the trade. So in the evening decide which direction to trade next day and the robot will trade only in that direction. E.G. the trend of a higher timeframe, expected news or whatever you like to use.
2) You can define the timeslot that you want to trade.
3) You can colour the background of the chart if you have bought the pair. This way you can trade multiple pairs at the same time and keep an overview..
Then just lean back and watch the robot work. But know, that it takes all trades that the strategy tells it to do. You cannot influence it buy not liking the volatility situation, large wicks or whatever you normally would worrie about. (Of cause you can allways stop the robot). On the other hand - at least I often worrie and don't take the trade, which I should have done. This is one of the reasons that I am a robot trader. And I don't lose valuable time by thinking and when I am ready to trade, then the train has gone.
Another reason that I trade robots is, that I can leave it if I trust it. But if you do that, it is on your own risk. Things can happen - you computer could crash and then the robot cannot control trades that are running.
