Liquidity - The solution to trading any market

In this thread I will post my H4, Daily and Weekly Analysis using a new concept in technical trading LIQUIDITY. Liquidity differs from volume in as far as volume is actual transacted trades. Liquidity is the potential for trades to be transacted. You can liken the difference to potential energy, where you have a weight and you drop it, at height X and weight Y. it has potential energy. But if the weight is moving its got kinetic energy.

Don't worry i am going to keep it simple.

I trade four markets.

GBPUSD
Bitcoin
SP500
GOLD.

Although my indicators work on any time frame, I like to stick to the H1 and H4 to make trading decisions, then enter on the 5 min chart.

Firstly, lets look at the SP500

Currently, the SP500 is heading into a cycle turn, PM me if you want to see how I calculated the turn cycle. But we have no liquidity and the histogram is low indicating no turn.

My Bitcoin analysis points to a further move up. the last time we hit the low level we rallied hard. I have two cycle points on the 13.5.2024 and the 17.5.2024 if we get to the top of the range on either of these two days I would look for shorting opportunities on Bitcoin.

GOLD ANALYSIS 5.5.2024

No liquidity on the H4 chart so Gold is off the radar until liquidity picks up.

GBPUSD H4 Analysis 5.5.2024

The GBPUSD is looking to be sold I would imagine Monday or Tuesday 6-7th May 2024

I can't because the indicator are locked to my account. I know they work, because people in the Discord group I run are making money out of them. There is no need to test them, they do what they are supposed to do.

I wish you could give a detailed explanation on how this works and perhaps teach the stratehy and possible way to get the indicators. Just wanna learn effective way of trading crypto markets cos of the opportunities it provides with.

I used the price projection methods of Tom DeMark to see if I could find the last swing high. The calculation looks like this:

So using it on the current top it looks like this:

As we approach the higher time frame liquidity area, you can see the liquidity is coming into a level previously associated with a turn.

My ideal cycle top on the SP500 would be on the 17th/18th May. As we move up into this area, I have a couple of simple and complex tools I can use to help me estimate.

First Method
Simple deviation bands


Measure how far the swing moves from the 200 period MA

Look at the candle sticks and estimate liquidity, I use an indicator for this.

I also have a histogram that measures liquidity, it needs to be at the same level or higher than a previous turn. When all these conditions are met the possibility of a reversal greatly increases.

SP500 Analysis 17.5.2024
Today I am expecting a weak SP500, once I get the correct signal I will be looking to short the SP500 and look for a 300 pip target

We are still in a window for a SP500 turn, having touched two good ratios yesterday.
