I have always wondered if there a way of trading that can be designed to make trading more game like.
Of course I don't have the skills to really make such a game but with available indys, I have made a design that visually resembles a road.
Your car is imaginary (no animated little car) It is of course is the price point and as time goes by, it moves and leaves a trail as it swerves left and right(up and down -> none lag ma) on a road that has a dotted middle line and curves (TMAdCG) as in the image. The arrows above and below the edges of the road remind you that maybe this is a good place to consider adjusting your steering.
Your job once again is to hop on (place a trade) at the right places usually around the green/red pillars (toptrend) and hop out when the curve changes direction or at least be ready to turn the wheel.
There are these red pillars or the big green and red dots (TopTrend) that indicate turning points that you should avoid driving tru. They seem to alternate in color at areas close to left and right sides of the road. You go through them it means you are a contrarian driver choosing to go off roading. Good luck with that.
All indys and setfile for this is in the zip file.
I might post a more complete tradable panel for this when I have time.
There is a 3 prong pointer (Palka) that aptly shows the general long/mid/short term directions and slopes. The long gray indicates the long term trend and slope. The white solid line is palka mid range and the yellow one is the short term direction. All with relevant slopes.
This setup should work with any instrument. A lot of info needed to make a decision is there visually. All you have to do is stay with the price (your racing car).
Gold and GU screen shots shown. Suggestions to improve while keeping it simple and within road/driving theme welcome.
