Hello everyone. I'm new to posting to this forum, and have only been reading articles from it for a few weeks, but have been trying out Forex for months now, not getting anywhere.
I really appreciate the info, examples, indicators, charts, templates and info that people have put on this website - it's really eye opening, and I'm certain that I will be able to earn after seeing some of the systems here - THV, 5 Minutes, Big Dog, on and on, and the one I think I'll like the most is the Big Dog one, that I'll start working with on Monday
However, months ago, I came across the HAS method (probably not the correct name), but Don Steinitz introduced it back in March of 2007, and I have downloaded the templates and indicators that were in that (the ff section on this forum), only to not have the bottom portion (panel) work correctly for me.

It might be moot, and not needed anymore, with all of these newer (and perhaps better?) systems and methods out now, but I liked the fact that the bottom panel is supposed to show four timeframes of candles, based on which tf you're viewing at the moment, with red or blue candles, indicating which direction the various tf's are going, at that particular moment.
Well, my pc takes a long time to display anything, and when it does, it only shows all red candles, or it alternates with red, then blue, then red, then blue, which does NOT help me in the slightest.
I've closed down MT4, made sure the indicators are there on the platform, dragged the 1st one (HAS), then the HAS2 in the same pnl, and the same thing keeps happening. This is on two different platforms - ODL and FXDD.
I'm thinking that since MT4 is at release 224? now, and since these templates and indicators were released two years ago, that maybe that's why they're not working????
If anyone (especially you Don!), have any solutions to this puzzling display problem I'm having, I'm open to trying various things! Or should I just forget about trying to use this anymore? Does anyone use this method anymore, or is it too out-dated?
Thanks ahead of time for your help and information
Regards,
Paul
