I have to suffer for next 10 years if i fail to get the money back.
I am honest with you: The company is on the Seychelles. So it is very hard to sue them. Furthermore they are not regulated which makes it even more difficult to get anything. I am not saying to give up. But there is the chance that you wont see your profit ever again.
On the other forum you told that you are not the only one. Maybe there are a lot more like you. Talk to them as a group. It would make a bigger difference if you do so.
Do they have an office in your country? If so visit them and talk to them directly.

I am not sure how many there is going to be victims.
But I will do everything to stop it happens.
More than 50K EUR profit has been taken by these people.

I have been going on about unregulated brokers on FF for as long as I have been here. This again is another example of the risk traders take with brokers that are not regulated by one of the big guys.
CY, picking a broker is pretty straightforward as long as you do your due dilligence. Why would you even contemplate placing any funds with a broker that is unregulated and based on some dodgy island.
Your chance of getting your money back are slim to none and you have little recourse to take legal action against them.
Let this be a lesson to you and serve as an example to others who would even think for one moment to trade with unregulated brokers.
Open an account with a regulated broker and work your way back. You did it once, you can do it again.

Sell 5 lot AUDUSD at LF
Buy 5 lot AUDUSD at broker A.
Profit + Loss = 0
If Lf is profitable, broker A is loss
If broker A is profitable, LF is loss
I am earning swap from broker A.
If Lf only refund me with initial deposit, I end up to be

Profit + Loss = 0
To
Loss = 0
This is what is so called the Forex Holy Grail but I am being trapped of my greediness that only scam forex broker will offer swap free account.

We did what you are trying to do over 20 years ago, deposit funds with 2 brokers with a swap difference and arb the swap, let one account near margin, even them out and keep on doing it. That arb dissapeared about 15 years ago when brokers started catching on. You got caught as you weren't really trading your account, you just kept your trade open. Brokers are no fools and you got caught. Be glad they gave you your deposit back.
You don't have a leg to stand on, even taking them to court won't do you any good as you never used your account for its main purpose, trading.
We had some issues way back when, but our deposits were large enough to take legal action and still be better of in the end. That is the same question you need to ask yourself, is spending money on taking them to court worth it in the end. I don't think so.
Using swap arb nowadays will always get you caught in the end, that is one opportunity that has long gone, you were lucky to find a broker that offered you the opportunity, too bad you didn't make earlier withdrawals.
Now learn to trade and go find yourself a local regulated, well respected broker and see if you can make it in this business.

FF is very risk averse and as your allegations are not proven they will remain careful, get a court order in your favour and I am sure FF will keep the thread title. FF will not allow you to publicly use them as collateral or even a bargaining or blackmailing tool understandably. They are in the business of making money by adverts, not by spreading wild unproven allegations for the benefit of the poster.
