Doubletop, back to back divergence, into an S/R zone. I find the divergence with cross under the yellow to be a pretty powerful sign. Also, see what she has circled.

Hi Likica ,
thank you for your post but it brings a question to me : how do you incorporaye the use of Fibonacci levels in your way of trading ?
(I never realized that it was a point being clearly incorporated in your strategy , LH, HH etc... yes but Fibs ?)

nothing was wrong, only you expected too much from that trade that is your profit target was too much ;-(. If you got in around 50fib or 61.8fib from prev move with a hidden + div, you should have put PT around 50fib - 61.8fib (always look left for S/R). I would stay in longer if TDI & STOC were still at the overbought area.

Hello likica,

is it necessary to look for an Higher high or higher low or both before taking a buy entry after having divergence??? i am confused because i have seen some of your entries without any higher high or higher low at strong support levels. is it allowed to take such entries in this system? or there are more criterias to look for in such situations??

If going with a current trend, you don't have to wait for HH HL after a regular div form@S/R. If going against a trend, yes, you need HL HH after a reg bullish div to go long and vice versa for going short.
There is another way going against a trend without a regular div that I took on GCAD spotting price bounced off support (BRN, YL, ADR), I went long after price made HL HH with a hidden divergence.

I was studying over some of your old posts and noticed some things you said about MA's that I must of forgotten [because I don't remember you saying it before]

You said when price is above the 200ema you look to go long, and when price is below the 200ema you look to go short

yet i can find this trade here where you appear to go short above the 200ema

edit: also I can only see one MA on your more recent charts [which I assume is the 200ema], the 50 ema appears to have vanished. please update on how you use MA's?

I don't take trade based on MAs, and yes, price usually react strongly at 1st touch of 50MA specially 200MA then it will still keep going back to the main trend, but if you have been followed my posts, I have been reminding traders to look left for S/R. Study your charts to see it yourself. It's up to you to set your rules whether you would be better not trading into 50ma and 200ma at its 1st touch if you have small stop losses.

If price moves far away from 200MA, and if there is a set up at S/R and there's space for your profit target, why not getting a ride back to 200MA.

I still do only go long above 200ma on m5 m15 for my Futures trading and vice versa for going short in case you still wonder...

Monday is the most hardest day to trade before NYO, so don't trade ;-)

I had like 1.60 lots riding on this and missed my tp by 2 bloody pips

It looks like I executed this setup properly though, judging how close it came to the tp.

I can spot some divergences in m15 and h1 charts and price seems to hit a resistance level. The blue S&R level may work and the price may resume uptrend. Keep watching. it seems early to take a trade.
